Gökhan Gülfidan began his career in 2013 at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance as an Assistant Tax Inspector. After successfully completing the authorization and competency examinations granting the authority to conduct tax audit, inspection, and inquiry, he was appointed as a Tax Inspector in 2019. Between 2013 and 2020, he served at the Istanbul Anti-Smuggling Inspection Directorate, and between 2020 and 2023, at the Kocaeli Inspection Directorate. At the departments where he served, he took part in Value Added Tax (VAT) and Special Consumption Tax (SCT) refund processes as well as Sectoral Audit Groups. Furthermore, he undertook inspection and administrative investigation tours of Tax Offices. In the later stage of his career, as of May 2025, he was appointed Chief Tax Inspector. Throughout his professional career, he conducted tax audits in leading sectors such as Manufacturing, Construction, Chemicals, Automotive, Agriculture, and Transportation. In addition, during his tenure, he conducted numerous administrative inquiries concerning public officials. In May 2023, he was appointed as Group Director for Income Taxes and Personnel at the Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of Treasury and Finance and served in this position until January 2026. Gökhan Gülfidan successfully completed the Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examinations conducted by the Union of Chambers of Certified Public Accountants and Sworn-in Certified Public Accountants of Türkiye (TÜRMOB) and became entitled to the title of Sworn-in Certified Public Accountant (YMM) in 2019. As a co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Taxpector, he continues to provide financial audit and advisory services in the private sector. Having had a professional football career in the TFF 2nd League between 1999 and 2009, Gökhan Gülfidan is a graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration. He speaks English.

Metin Yakut began his career in 2013 at the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Treasury and Finance as an Assistant Tax Inspector. Subsequently, he successfully completed the authorization and competency examinations granting the authority to conduct tax audit, inspection, and inquiry. As a Tax Inspector, during his career at the Istanbul Sectoral Inspection Directorate, he conducted numerous tax audits across a wide range of sectors, including Banking, Information Technologies, Maritime, Energy and Infrastructure, Real Estate, Construction, Textile, Tourism, and Transportation, and took part in Value Added Tax (VAT) and Special Consumption Tax (SCT) refund audit groups conducting refund audits. Furthermore, he participated in tax audit and inspection tours conducted under nationwide audit programs. In addition, he carried out complex tax audits concerning disguised profit distribution through transfer pricing and matters involving double taxation agreements. After serving as a Tax Inspector for approximately seven years, he left his position at the Ministry and subsequently moved to Germany to pursue a master’s degree in economics. Alongside his studies, he continued his professional career in the private sector. He worked in the field of Transfer Pricing and Controlling in Berlin for more than three years, carrying out audits of numerous multinational groups and advancing his expertise to an international level. As the Co-Founder of Taxpector and managing the Berlin Branch, he conducts financial audit and consulting activities on an international scale. He is a graduate of the Department of Economics at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. During the 2019–2020 academic year, he attended a law course at the Faculty of Law, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, as part of an international program. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in economics at Freie Universität Berlin. He is fluent in German and English.

As an attorney registered with the Ankara Bar Association, Burak Bilici has been practicing litigation and providing legal advisory services since 2022. He provides comprehensive legal advisory and representation services to individual and corporate clients, particularly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, law of obligations and contracts, labor and social security law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, restructuring and concordat proceedings, dispute resolution, and litigation. In addition to providing legal advisory services to companies, he focuses on the preparation and management of commercial agreements—including intercompany agreements related to cross-border transactions within the scope of transfer pricing—as well as the effective resolution of commercial and tax disputes. He is a graduate of Ankara University Faculty of Law and is fluent in English and Dutch.
